Le présent rapport comporte un bilan écologique ainsi que des recommandations et propositions de réhabilitation-aménagement pour les 18 anciennes zones d’extraction de matériaux coralliens de l’île de Moorea. Le bilan comprend des descriptions topographiques, géomorphologiques et bionomiques de chaque site appuyées par des clichés photographiques paysagers. Les recommandations évoqueront les nécessités écologiques, économiques et esthétiques en vue du maintien de la zone telle qu’elle est, ou de son aménagement (modifications, comblements...).\r\nL’étude a été réalisée au cours du premier semestre 2003.
